Turtlemint - Senior Manager - Channel Development (8-12 yrs)
- Hands on experience in Distribution Channel Development, Agency Engagement & Digital Tool Management
- Rendering services as single point of contact for Sales & Channel Development Team for conceptualization, set-up & delivery of low-cost channel across product lines
- Providing consistent partner management to ensure channel developed their sales, pre-sales & delivery capabilities in-line with designed strategy
- Developing & implementing various programs to improve competence for channel partners, discussing current work issues and devising solutions for enhanced operations
- Defining & managing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy & plan that includes data-driven sales
- Formulating service budgets, forecasts & operational plans and implementing cost-saving measures while maintaining the profitability
- Generating service revenue by meeting budgeted targets by developing new service procedures & strategies to increase productivity & profitability
- Developing, implementing, tracking and monitoring of contest & reward schemes for marketing channels and analyzing, testing & validating them
- Drive strategic projects
- Manage various agent R&R and engagement programs
- Conceptualize product roadmap of digital sales platform
Requirements :
- Post graduate from A-institute
- Dynamic leadership personality
- GI / LI experience is mandatory
- NIA certificate will be added advantage
- Age up to 38
