Program Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive strategic project execution with multiple business verticals.

- May need to travel to strategic locations for project execution, immersion and implementing change.

- Work along with relevant teams in CO to ensure traction on projects and work towards achieving milestones

- Ensuring compliance & control, following the process and providing support to the vertical in project execution in the field

- Drive technology adoption with the field teams

- Project governance and cadence for tracking milestones, providing support to stakeholders and field teams.

Desired Profile:

- Graduation / MBA. Preferred from a tier I/II.

- Around 8 years of experience in similar role preferably in financial services / banking industry /pharma /scaled start-ups

- Understanding of business context.

- Working understanding of managing strategic projects.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stake holders

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Strong presentation skills.
