Role : Manager - Organization development


Location : Mumbai


Roles & Responsibilities :


- Consult with management on performance, organizational and OD matters


- Design, develop and implement a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and

training materials


- Create framework to measure the effectiveness of OD interventions on employee performance,

efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction


- Conduct needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance,

competencies, skill sets, and overall company performance.


- Identify the interventional areas by Gap analysis, accordingly, share recommendations and create

a plan of action for identified Gap areas


- Identify agencies or vendors to conduct/execute identified OD initiatives


- Benchmark industry practices


Desired Profile :


- Full time MBA with 5-10 years of relevant experience


- MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 B school is preferred


- Certification or course in organizational psychology or organizational development is an added

advantage


- Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies


- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives


- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills


- Excellent verbal and communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stake holders


- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
