Role: Manager - Centre of Analytics & Excellence

Reporting To: Associate Director/Director

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Turtlemint is expanding its CoAE function and is hiring a managerial resource to make informed decisions and develop strategies and processes for driving growth.

Below are the key responsibilities -

- Business Analysis: Analysis of key business levers and identification of actionable business insights

- Tracking business performance vs budget / prior forecast and performing variance / trend analysis

- Periodic reporting, MIS & PPTs for management, board members and investor updates

- Dashboards: Design, publication and automation of business dashboard by coordinating with business heads and technology teams

- Planning & Budgeting: Participate in annual budgeting and planning exercise

- Profitability: Analysis of profitability drivers and publication of profitability reports

- Business Models: Support leadership in developing newer business models to drive growth

- Ability to work on ad-hoc assignments involving financial decision making

Key Skills & Experience

- CA/MBA Finance with work experience of 4 - 6 years in Business Finance

- Strong pedigree with ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong Analytical & Data Analysis Skills

- Understanding of business context

- Working understanding of managing strategic projects

- Excellent communication skills, ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders

- Hands-on experience of working with Analytical tools - MS Excel, MS PowerPoint is a must

- Hands-on experience of working on visualization software such as Tableau is a must
