About the Role:
This role will be responsible to lead the talent acquisition of the organization and help attract & hire the right talent in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. The Lead Talent Acquisition will work closely with the leadership team and help advocate the Employer Brand, besides supporting initiatives on Diversity & Inclusion, Campus Programs and best practices and processes. This position will report to CHRO.
Job Description -
- Drive end to end recruitment for Sales functions, including leadership hires across functions and geographies.
- Drive the Manpower Planning & budgeting process & ensure adherence to plan throughout the year. Ensure monthly adherence to budget v/s plan.
- Define and deploy the talent acquisition strategy for the organization and ensure smooth execution.
- Conceptualize & design progressive hiring practices that enable a strong candidate experience.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, both for leadership hirings & bulk hiring.
- Partner with leadership team to track & update ongoing hiring needs and provide necessary support to bridge any gaps.
- Lead a team of recruiters and provide necessary guidance & support to deliver on time, with quality & cost-effective way.
- Proactively, build a talent pipeline & constantly engage with top talent for future needs.
- Drive process improvements at all stages of the recruitment cycle & ensure the necessary benchmarks are met.
- Work closely with the necessary teams & external partners to leverage technology and automation.
- Manage the onboarding and induction process to enhance candidate experience.
- On a regular basis, prepare, monitor & update all recruitment related costs, hiring metrics and dashboard to management.
- Work closely with the unit HR/operations teams and provided necessary support on hiring needs.
- Lead the Campus hiring programs and ensure that the employer brand is well advocated.
- Work closely with other HR team members to drive the Diversity & Inclusion agenda of the organization.
- Lead new initiatives as and when required along with the Corporate HR team.
- Work closely with marketing team for employer branding related initiatives
Preferred Profile:
- Master's degree in HR with 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Drive for results, a self-driven individual and passionate about Talent Acquisition
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, influence without authority and work in a collaborative manner with all stakeholders
- Stakeholder management, both internal and external with ability to build relationships
