- Manage end to end Recruitment as per Business Plan.
- Managing pre and post joining formalities of new employees.
- Maintain healthy relations with the stakeholders in terms of handling their manpower and addressing HR related queries.
- Organising and Managing employee engagement activities across branches and corporate office.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Sharing attendance trend and feedback with business leaders for them to enable retention strategy.
- Leave and Attendance management and other HR operations role.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
