Business HR (Motor/Health/Life Insurance)


Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage team hiring for Motor/Health/life insurance business

- Responsible for entire process from checking budgets availability, work allocation, devising job descriptions, conducting competency based HR interviews to compensation negotiations using parity and bench marking data to offer closure and joining of candidates.

- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Business as in when needed

- Monitoring and maintaining the database on the basis for current requirements and building a pipeline for immediate future requirements.

- Responsible for various lifecycle activities like Onboarding, Background check, Confirmation, Separation etc.

- Grievance management and resolution

- Develop and drive Orgnaisation culture

- Organizing Engagement Activities across different Teams

- Conducting Surveys with a view to improve Engagement levels, across levels

- Learning & Development Programs to improve Talent efficacy across function

- Assisting other teams as in when needed

Desired Profile:

- Graduation and MBA from a tier I/II.

- Around 3 -6 years of experience in similar role managing sales force

- In-dept understanding of business context. Very good understanding of HR concepts and implementation knowledge of the same.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stake holders

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Strong presentation skills.

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in timeline given

- Ability to deal with ambiguities and operate in a fast-changing environment

- Work with various teams across locations
