Job Role and Responsibility :
Analytics and data-driven decision making is at the heart of our organization. Every function, be it Product, Marketing, Sales or Operations, rely on data - the most critical asset of our organization - to make informed decisions and develop strategies and processes for driving growth. Analytics team is therefore at the core of driving all innovation efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as an internal consultant, understand the functioning of business across all functions
- Work with business stakeholders to identify and understand high-level business requirements
- Build financial models, assess viability of a new initiatives and recommend solutions
- Sales performance management by identifying growth opportunities and creating streamlined processes
- Draw insights using business intelligence and data science and identify the good and bad trends
- Formulate strategies and solutions to enhance overall business performance
- Reporting and presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- Perform market research, gather data and consolidate the information into actionable items
- Contest Management, Analytics and Marketing
Education and skill requirements :
- B.Tech/B.E. or equivalent degree is a must, MBA degree is preferred although not mandatory
- Previous work experience of 1-2 years in a startup or large corporate
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of business concepts and familiarity with general business functions
- Fast learner and result-oriented
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate with other functions across the organization
- Hands on experience of working with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint is a must
- Good to have experience of Visualization tools and other data analytics tools & softwares.
- Tableau, VBA, SQL, Python, Communication Tools
