Turno - Finance Controller

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Finance Controller with a Chartered Accountant qualification and 4+ years of experience, preferably from a consulting or startup background, with expertise in audit roles. The ideal candidate will have strong financial management, analytical, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

1. Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

2. Financial reporting and analysis.

3. Cash flow management.

Audit and Compliance:

1. Internal controls and risk management.

2. Compliance with financial regulations.

3. Audit coordination.

Team Management:

1. Lead and manage finance team.

2. Develop and implement financial processes.

Strategic Planning:

1. Provide financial insights for business decisions.

2. Identify areas for cost optimization.

Requirements:

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

2. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.

3. 4+ years of experience in finance, preferably in audit roles.

4. consulting or startup experience preferred.

5. Strong knowledge of financial regulations.

6. Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
