Tupperware - Lead - Application Development (10-12 yrs)

Core Deliverables :

- Lead and manage various automation projects to improve business process efficiency

- Partner with the Business Stakeholders to develop and deliver projects related to various applications - Sales systems, Distributor Management, ERP, POS, Mobile Apps, System Integration, consumer facing apps

- Responsibility towards providing regular support, maintenance and upkeep of IT systems within SLAs as agreed with business

- Hands on Full stack .net development on ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, SSRS, SSIS, MVC, Angular, Restful web Services, Web API, SQL Server

- Experience with technologies like AI, RPA, IoT, Data Analytics, Cloud would be added advantage

- Strong IT Project Management with strong documentation to ensure delivery in accordance with project goals, time and cost

Other Deliverables :

- To manage relationship & negotiation with vendors and contractors for their products and services

- Responsibility to maintain IT Infrastructure & Security - for on-premise and cloud

- Manage IT Audits / SOX audits

- Compliance with Local & Global policies

- IT Budget Management

Team Management

- Manage and develop the Information Technology team

- Set objectives, conduct appraisals and supported to continually improve their performance and results.

Education : MBA or PG Diploma in Information Technology/ B.Tech. in Information Technology

Experience : 12-15 years of experience in Leading IT development projects & managing IT Applications.

Key Expectations :

- Good understanding of entire sales cycle and associated business processes

- Strong hands-on experience in system design and development

- Hands-on Experience of Sales systems, ERP, POS, Interface systems

- Strong Stakeholder, Team & Vendor management skills.with the ability influence

- Innovative mindset and stays upto date on internal and external world

- Can own and drive projects end-to-end

- Can manage stress and motivate team to work under tight timelines

- Exposure to mobile app & consumer facing technologies
