Position Summary:

We are looking for dynamic leader from Diagnostics, Healthcare, Pharma, Healthtech industry, having strong business acumen & experience in Strategic Planning & Execution, Sales & Marketing includes doctors engagement, New Market Development, Product & Brand Management, Top Line & Bottom Line, EBITDA, Conducting CME, Advisory board meetings, KOLs Engagement/ Branding/ Event & Campaign Management, Stakeholder Management and team management etc.

What you'll be doing:

Formulating Sales strategies to (a) drive top-line growth and prepare innovative plans to achieve higher value realization (b) for brand management, evaluation, and market promotion strategies, for various existing/new products/services.

1. Develop sales plans, strategies and policies with a view to increasing/sustain market share and profitability.

2. Have effective implementation and monitoring mechanism to ensure the achievement of the sales plans and strategies.

3. Formulate policies and guidelines for smooth functioning and satisfaction of customers and channel partners.

4. Scan the environment to understand competitor's activities, demand-supply scenario, and regulatory issues to formulate strategies for increasing market share.

5. Ensure an increased market share and profitability by facilitating market development, brand management and business development.

6. Continuously monitor the pricing patterns within the market, checking the prices for the desired products regularly with respect to their competitiveness and value as perceived by the customers, deciding upon pricing from time to time on a need basis to ensure the products are sold with highest recoveries possible

7. Initiate market intelligence system to provide monthly information to Top Management on potential data, competitors- activities, new product opportunities and other changes in the environment.

8. Evolve policies for establishing a robust field force monitoring and people management, relationship management system in order to increase field force satisfaction and portfolio growth.

9. Managing the complete sales cycle from business development and customer acquisition to receipt of payments.

What you need to bring to the table:

- Engineering or MBA Graduate from having 8-15 years of experience in driving/leading sales.

- Preference to experience in Diagnostics, Healthcare, Pharma, Healthtech industry in Western Region.

- Self-motivated with strong account acquisition experience, strong financial / business acumen

- Ability to motivate, guide and lead the sales teams and help them to achieve their goals. This would include the ability to play the role of a mentor.

- Strong strategic capability with ability to manage strategic and operational goals.

- Ability to navigate client organizations to identify and engage with decision makers.

- Excellent written, communication, interpersonal, liaison and problem solving skills with the ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
