Finance Controller
Job Description :
1. Should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience.
2. Develop MIS and Reporting processes.
3. Monthly Account closure: Should be able to carry out monthly closure of books of accounts
4. Ability to interact with Founders to discuss reporting areas including matter related to legal, Finance or compliance
5. Audit of Books of Accounts: Should be able to conduct periodic audit of books of accounts and fix all accounting and compliance matters
6. Ability to work on financial models and help the management in the fundraising process.
7. Oversee the company's Financial reporting process
8. Financial Reporting: Sending period reports of Financial statement to all the stakeholders of the company
9. Cash Flow reporting: Should be able to track and send reports for Cash Flow of the company along with deviation analysis
10. Internal Reporting: Should be able to create cost center's and manage P&L. Should set up a process for internal reporting for Revenue and costs for company.
11. Perform Actual vs Budget and forecast analysis and support founders in taking corrective action
12. Manage all the statutory compliances in coordination with the consultants
13. Responsible for investor communication and relations
14. Ensure cross functional collaboration
15. Vendor management and relationship
Candidate profile :
- Must be qualified Charted Accountant with 3-5 relevant experience post-qualifying
- Start-up experience will be a huge plus
- Should have handled at least 50cr pa business
- Should have worked and presented annual budget for all the functions
