We think very unconventionally ! One of our key initiatives is Organic Thelawala, where we use digitized push-carts to sell fruits & vegetables has been having a tremendous momentum and has been growing exponentially.

As a Sourcing Director, we want you to establish and lead a team of around 40-45+ field officers and direct them on a day to day so that we can fulfill orders on hand. You and your team will also be responsible for converting farmers from chemical farming to organic farming.

You will be working alongside the best talent in the industry. The job calls for extensive travel of greater than 75% during the initial months until the team starts performing.

Key skills needed to succeed:

1) Quickly understand the agriculture landscape

2) Excellent people management skills

3) Strong project management and leadership skills

4) Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement

5) Ability to crunch numbers and be a master at MS Excel, with good knowledge of VBA, Statistics and Modelling, Regression, Data Validation, Data Analysis, VLookup's, Advanced Charting using Pivot Tables and Reporting, Conditional Formatting etc...
