Core Purpose of the Role : Client Engagement: Understand client fund raising and investment philosophy and pattern; - Focus on origination and lead generation for new / non- existing corporate/NBFC/HFC/Infrastructure clients for Northern Region - Provide regular value-added engagement with clients- High touch, face-to-face meetings at client's preferred location, consistent calling and communication, etc. - With the support of product specialists, intuitively recognize and understand a client's fund raising and investment needs and goals in order to provide holistic financial solutions and Influence the client's decision making process to generate revenue for the business Generating Revenue and Business Development - Drive and Monitor Revenue and Volume Targets and maintain the Market Mapping for each client - Proactively source, acquire and expand private sector customer relationship by maximizing sales and service opportunities - Builds an active internal network, to drive superior multi-channel/market service offering/delivery, thereby creating new opportunities with existing and/or new clients Sales Operations and Service Delivery - Execute transactions - Follow internal SOP norms - Ensure optimum client servicing in terms of post deal execution, research, advisory, etc. - Ensure clients adherence to our advisory - Channelize stock feedback to evaluate - Support on execution of all the cases that will be generated in Northern Region Sector tracking and analysis - Strong coverage & focus on relationship building with clients falling under following sectors : Private Corporates, NBFcs, HFCs, Infrastructure, Real Estate Companies - Tracking guidelines for above sectors - General debt market related circular analysis & sharing that impact the market Local candidates preferred
