Core Purpose of the Role : - Work on loan/fund raising transactions for loans of corporates, real estate and financial institutions - Liaison with clients for understanding funding requirements and obtaining required financial data/information - Financial Analysis of the company, preparation and submission of Credit appraisal proposals for the lenders - Liaison, inter-act and follow up with lenders for sanction & negotiate the terms of sanction - To obtain sanction and handle post-sanction formalities for documentation and disbursement - Stay updated of the wider policy, regulatory environment and recent development in the financial markets - Building and maintaining investor database and manage investor interactions - Monitor the deal pipeline and other KPIs through Preparation, Analysis and maintenance of MIS - Preparation of analytical material for internal credit underwriting and for external investors
