Title - AVP Operations Banking &amp; MIS Organisation : TRUST Location : Mumbai Position Title : Associate Vice President Function : Operations Reports to : Associate Director (Operations) Reportees : 2-3 Nos Qualifications : CA (must) with an MBA from Tier 1 B school Work Experience (highlight) : 8+ years in Financial Institution ( 5 year preferred in Debt Market) Core Purpose of the Role : - Responsible for timely and accurate MIS reporting across the group - Responsible for new system Implementation - Responsible for Process Improvement/Automation - Manage operations audit for the unit - Managing the bank limits - Managing Statutory and Compliance requirements for the bank limits - Empanelment with various banks and NBFCs for new facility or renewal of existing facility and its documentation work - Initialization of various working capital demand loans - Financial due diligence in order to resolve queries raised by lenders for new proposal or renewal - Renewal of loans with banks and FI - Bank and demat account opening for group companies - Due diligence certifications every 6 months for every lender - Activation of Net banking facility for group company bank accounts - Additions of new signatories in Bank and Demat for all group company accounts (Complete documentation and execution) Candidates having an operations background in the Debt Market will be preferred.
