Responsibility:

- Work closely with the Product Managers to build growth solutions for Truemeds

- Deep dive into qualitative and quantitative data to come up with key insights to scale our growth initiatives

- Wear multiple hats and support the team with data analytics, internal stakeholder management, user research, and creative ideas

- Setting up metrics for measuring product/functional performance and responsible for tracking its improvement. Standardizing the metric definition.

- Measure the impact of experiments related to function, analyzing, and helping in course correction.

- Recommending product improvements based on analytical findings. Defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance.

- Analytical articulation of a business or operations problem statement and using data analysis to understand the complexity of the problem and broad contours of potential solution(s).

- Becoming the domain champion of the product/function with a clear data-driven understanding of how our users interact with our product.

Experience Range:

- 1-2 years of product analyst experience in a high-growth startup - writing production datasets in SQL/Hive OR building internal/production data tools for ETL, experimentation, or exploration in a scripting language (Python, PHP, Ruby, etc.)

Skill Sets:

- Fetching and manipulating large data sets using SQL / Hive

- Analyzing and visualizing large data sets using R / python

- Knowledge of basic concepts of statistics and their application in product analytics

- Data-driven, structured problem solver, with excellent communication skills having strong generalized problem-solving skills which involve structured thinking, ability to analyze situations, and creativity to come up with ideas and solutions

- Have a solid understanding of the technical architecture of mobile/web applications and ecosystem - app stores, deep linking, server-side and client-side designs
