Role & Responsibilities :- 1. Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance. Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department 2. Works closely with the business to strategize and lead employee engagement initiatives, improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and develop and execute retention strategies 3. Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent for non technical hiring from diverse sources as per manpower requirements. 4. Responsible for Junior Level and Mid Level Hiring. 5. Working with senior management, hiring managers and HR staff to develop yearly staffing plans, workforce planning strategies. 5. Leads communication and relationships with hiring managers and interview teams. 6. Provides feedback on applicants and candidates and ensures timely coordination of candidate movement through various systems. Required Skills :- 1. M.B.A in HR or equivalent degree. Someone with 1-4 yrs of work experience in HR would be ideal 2. Has the ability to work as an Individual contributor & also work with a team when and wherever required 3. Good in excel and data management, presentation daily, weekly and Monthly Salary offered - 2.5 lpa to 4 lpa
