We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting both sales and supply and by forging strong relationships with various entities in the market including various new and used car dealerships, OEMs, etc. Responsibilities: - Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and sustainable relationships - Develop and groom the business development team - Direct responsibility of growth of two major business units - Create reliable supply pipelines - Promote the company's products in the market and create a long lasting sales channel - Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers - Create and standardise relevant processes - Handling P&L of the region allocated to him - Managing a team of BD associates - Managing acquisition, allocation & strategic alliances with channel partners in the allocated territory - Defining processes to structure deals, including valuation and negotiation; monitor financial performance of signed deals, trouble-shoot problems with channel partners and customers
