Location : Pune Key responsibilities : 1. Lead Business and Operations for Truebil in Pune 2. Responsible for P/L of the entire city and delivery of revenue and margin targets 3. Responsible for hiring at all levels in the city 4. Responsible for any city level business or vendor tie ups 5. End to end people and process management and key decision making in day to day activities 6. Formulate and implement all city level strategies/projects. Align them with the central strategy given by the Business Head 7. Consumer delight : Contribute towards operational excellence and continuous process improvement to ensure consumer delight (Will require handling key customer grievances personally) 8. Provide ancillary support for smooth functioning of the office What is required to be a City Head at Truebil? 1. Outstanding leadership skills. Ability to manage and keep the team motivated and focused in highly volatile situations 2. Data oriented approach in solving complex problem statements 3. Ability to manage the minute details of the business without losing focus on the macro deliverable. Stay focused on long-term strategy while navigating short-term hurdles through fire fighting. 4. Must be a person with tremendous zeal to learn, accept and solve new challenges everyday 5. Strong Analytical skills and a flair for number crunching.
