Truebil - Business Process Manager (1-3 yrs)

Considering the growth stage of Truebil, the Business Process Manager would typically be doing the following:

- Lead business process creation and optimization projects for the Business Operations group, working across the organization to help streamline our business process and ensure the successful launch of our product globally, in the following areas, among others:

a. Incident Management

b. Creative Operations and Workflow

c. Escalation Management

- Design and implement key performance indicators and metrics, establishing tracking and communication protocols

- Work with other business groups in performance analysis and identifying improvement areas, in order to ensure delivery and improvement of relevant KPIs

- Work closely with product managers to ensure seamless integration of software solutions; Coordinate with stakeholders and users to gather detailed product integration requirements

- Optimize process for capturing data and reduce reporting complexity

- Standardize request methods and build processes to enable self-service process.

- Establish efficient standards and guidelines

What is required to be a Business Process Manager at Truebil -

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel; Basic VB knowledge preferred

- A friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team oriented environment

- Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required

- Customer-focused in defining and establishing priorities

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- Must be a person with tremendous zeal to learn, accept and solve new challenges everyday

- Tier 1/2 Graduate with experience of 1-2 years in startups.
