Roles and Responsibilities: - Drive the daily operations in the city and lead the efforts in optimization and improvement of the on-going operations. - Identify KPIs and build dashboards which would give a comprehensive picture of operations - Implementation of new operations initiatives with effective tracking systems at scale - Analyse, identify and resolve bottlenecks in the process. - Maintain and report monthly/weekly KPIs with key learning- s Skills and requirements: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with basic understanding of operations metrics, performance standards and sales - Passionate and enthusiastic to work in a start up - Leadership, communication and team management skills - Strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities assigned and ability to run operations on their own. Eligibility: - Fresher or someone with 06 months of experience and with background of B.Tech + MBA (Operations) can apply.
