True Beacon is looking a Principal Officer & Head of Operations for our GIFT City Branch. You will be part of the fund management team. You will be responsible for providing world class fund management services by leveraging your industry knowledge and our proprietary investment research. In this role you will directly reporting to the CEO of True Beacon Key Roles and Responsibilities: - Take strategic and day to day operational decisions for the fund operated from GIFT City - Execute orders on behalf of the fund - Responsible for ensuring all activities are in adherence with the compliance framework - Reconciliation of NAV reports - Review investor complaints received and liaise with teams on redressal of the same - Cross functional collaboration - To coordinate and have cross functional relationships with auditors, consultants, regulatory bodies, internal teams etc. - Provide last mile support in making applications or getting permissions, guidance from the authorities Essential Skills and Experience: - Minimum of five years of experience in advising/managing pools of capital in a fund or in the business of buying, selling and dealing of securities alongside other financial products including as portfolio manager, broker, dealer, investment advisor, wealth manager, research analyst or fund manager. - NISM Certifications in Series- VII Equity Derivatives and Series VIII- Securities Operations and Risk Management - In-depth knowledge of trading in Equities and Derivatives - Professional qualification in finance, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital market or banking from a university or an institution recognized by the Central Government or any State Government or from an accredited international institution. A CFA charter is an added advantage to for the role. - Effective communication skills to interact with regulatory bodies from time to time.
