Marketing automation:
- One who understands & has experience around marketing automation.
- Understanding of in-app events , user personal, funnel conversions , analyse trends and develop strategies for growth.
- Develop and execute strategy: Create and optimise retention strategies through A/ B testing approach and finding improvement areas.
- Increase both new and repeat sales through re-engagement strategies.
- Develop goals, strategy, metrics, and execution plans to bring retention at the core of marketing drivers.
- Analyzing data: Using data to understand customer behavior and funnel dropoffs.
- Building campaigns: Developing and delivering campaigns to improve funnel conversion rates, reactivate, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Monitoring performance: Closely monitoring campaign performance and reporting on results with automated dashboards.
- Good with SQL and data visualisation.
- Identifying trends: Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Collaborating with teams: Working with cross-functional teams to create and prepare new campaigns.
- Evaluating programs: Evaluating program results and optimizing as needed.
- Leading projects: Leading ad hoc projects and initiatives to improve the business revenue.
- Should be self motivated to drive new initiatives and programs that can help in business growth.
- Should have at least 5-8 years of Retention experience.
- Experience in Marketing Automation.
- Preferably from fintech domain (Consumer durables can equally work).
- Has worked on Retention Tools & Systems (Ex:MoEngage, WebEngage,Clever Tap etc).
