SUMMARY
Reporting to Marketing Head & CEO, this position is responsible for leading the brand marketing, PR & corporate communications, and community engagement to build and share the Truebalance brand. You will build a marketing strategy that informs, inspires, motivates and engages our customers.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Build recognition of our brand in all of our target audiences, using earned and paid media, content marketing, and social engagement
- Oversee the marketing communications process for brand campaigns and manage the marketing calendar
- Manage external partners and agencies (PR, content marketers, etc) to develop a clear activity calendar that leverages our brand positioning
- Develop user stories, event strategies & execution and content
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- At least 6+ years managing PR & Branding for a India consumer facing business (preferably in Mobile Product)
- Sales personality with strong project management skills
- Proven experience in a Branding/Marketing role for a startup or agency is a plus
- Experience seeking out and closing partnerships with national & local press
- Position requires a highly detail-oriented and proactive individual driven by results which can manage multiple projects, tasks, and people in a fast-paced environment; strong interpersonal and communication skills required
