Job Description : - We are looking for a Head of Marketing for our marketing efforts from end to end. - The Lead will be responsible for all activities related to the development and implementation of True Balance's marketing strategy and leverage customer analytics to achieve the growth of the company. - We want a data-driven, strategic marketer with both performance and brand marketing experience and people management & communication skills. Role: - Lead a results-driven marketing team - Develop and manage an omni-channel marketing strategy - Bring the best growth marketing and management practices together - Work with the leadership team and other team leaders to develop and execute our brand and product strategies through all relevant channels Responsibilities: - Create branding and marketing strategies for True Balance App - Execute marketing initiatives - Strategize to create compelling content for marketing channels - Oversee ideation, execution and delivery of PR and marketing collateral - Monitor and report effectiveness of marketing communication- Initiate and manage strategic partner relationships - Manage and continue to build out the marketing team - Gain consensus across multiple teams and ensure KPIs get accomplished within agreed-upon timelines Qualifications : - 10+ years of solid experience in marketing tech concepts directed at consumers- Native Hindi and English language skills - Strong affinity with mobile apps and IT- A proven track record in a broad set of offline and online marketing channels(SEM, Social, PR and loyalty programs)
