Job brief

We- re looking for credit Analysts across varying levels to work in risk management department for our cash loan & consumer durable products both.

Responsibilities

- Independent project management skills

- Risk analysis: Credit risk strategy develop and design

- Analytical Mind and Attention to Detail

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Credit Scoring model development

- Machine Learning expert with proven track record of end-to-end experience in model development, testing, implementation and performance tracking; Expertise in statistical modeling methods for supervised and unsupervised learning. These methods include (but not limited to) regression analysis, clustering, decision trees, collaborative filtering, nearest neighbours, support vector machines, ensemble methods and boosting, neural networks and deep learning, feature selection, and factorization methods;

Past Experience

- 2+ years of experience in Credit risk analytics & Scoring

- Knowledge of credit risk management is preferred

Technical Skills/Capabilities:

- Knowledge of Financial industry, Credit Bureaus

- Business Model and Industry Analysis preferred

- SQL, Excel

- Tool: Power BI, Python, R-Tools

Behavioural Skills/Capabilities

- Self-Motivated, Team Player, Flexible & Resilient in changing business environment and pressure

Academic Background

- Graduation/Post Graduation in Finance/Commerce
