Truckbizo - Chief Operating Officer

- To communicate with the Fleet Owner, Truck drivers, Transporter & Customer.

- Responsible for registering New Fleet Owner, Truck Driver & Transporter On board.

- To coordinate the activities so the job gets completed on time.

- To Plan, organise and direct the activities to field operations.

- According to situation, changes to be made in operation activity.

- Prepare written documents (i.e., monthly reports, performance appraisals, invoices for payment, annual projections of manpower, etc.) with clearly organized thoughts.

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Fleet Owner, Truck drivers, Transporter & Customer.

- Train and supervise subordinates in all aspects of transportation field operations.

- Prepare clear and concise written reports of project/budget status, problems encountered and overall results achieved.

- Continuous communicate & Motivate Fleet Owner, Truck drivers, Transporter to perform maximum number of trip through Truckbizo.

- Build own operation team.

- Ready to travel or relocate to other place as & when required.

- Salary : Salary will be given Rs 15000/- per month after 3 Months. However equity of 2% at the end of successfully completion of 2 years. After that 1% of equity of completion 3rd year. This will be continued in same manner for completion of 4th year too.
