Job Description :

Title : Senior Manager - Debt Syndication

Experience : 3-5 years

Qualification : CA / CFA / MBA

Location : Mumbai

Compensation : In line with Industry standards

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Syndication of debt (including Loans, NCDs) across various sectors with specialisation in Infra and Real Estate.

- Develop and prepare spreadsheets, financial models to support an in-depth analysis of various companies and projects.

- Evaluating credit worthiness, Preparation of Information Memorandum, Teasers, Loan proposals, project reports and structuring the transactions.

- Must possess market knowledge of local economic environment and sound knowledge of Finance and Credit Management.

- Extensive network with relationships across banks and financial institutions.

- Carry out industry analysis and prepare industry reports.

- Liaison with lenders, borrowers, other key stakeholders and replying to various lender queries.

- Prepare MIS for management and dashboards.

- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations while down-selling of loans / NCDs.
