- Coverage and managing relationships with Real Estate Developers on an ongoing basis to generate Advisory business.
- Advise Real Estate Developers for the funding related to their new and On-going projects.
- Help Real Estate Developer to get funding for their projects after doing thorough analysis and making financial projections.
- Introduce new Real Estate developer to the TruBoard platform and generate revenue from the same.
- Support the required teams in the closure of the transactions and do external meetings with various stakeholders wherever applicable
- Maintain real time track on the progress of the transactions and the mandate.
Requirements:
- Understanding on financial statements and risk analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, strong proficiency in MS Office including Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have a positive attitude, be proactive and a solution-oriented approach.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with a team.
