TRU Realty - Senior Project Manager (Civil)

Role Summary :

Project Manager would be responsible for end to end of execution for the projects (including design, estimation, construction).

Expectations from the Role:

Managing the end to end of execution at site estimation, project planning, scheduling, deploying, monitoring, construction, and delivery

Key Deliverables:

- Manage entire project from financials and timelines point of view

- Schedule deliverables and ensure timely delivery on/through TRU platform

- Coordination with internal & external stakeholders as well as clients on all aspects of execution

- Ensuring best in class quality and safety standards

- Analyze and report the cost / time schedule /overruns from time to time and take appropriate measures

- Resource Planning, Materials Management, Contract Management and Safety Management

Candidate Profile:

- PG in Construction Management / Project Management AND B.E / B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent with minimum 12 years of construction management / project management experience and presently in similar role.

- Candidates with strategic bent of mind, high on proactiveness and flexibility would be ideal fit to this role.

- Minimum 12 yrs of experience in construction management/project management and presently handling similar role.

Interaction Matrix: The position would interact with the following stakeholders on regular basis for inputs, execution, feedback, escalation, etc

- Construction & PMC Head

- Project Lead

- IT (Technical) Head

- Sales & Marketing & other Management Teams

- Customers
