Lead- Creative & Design

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Content and Design Lead would be responsible for creating a niche space for TRU Realty through bringing in best illustrations, designs, animation, user interfaces, highly interactive platforms/media for all stakeholders. The role requirement is enhancement of the Brand Image and the Brand Perception with high emphasis on TRUs value proposition and promotion of the companys projects through content & design

Key Deliverables:

- Content and Design Development for marketing campaigns on various platforms

- Create visualization of projects as per positioning requirements

- Content creation (including graphic designing, video editing, animation, literature etc) for the company keeping stakeholders in mind

- Track consumer interaction / behavior and keep the designs evolving

- Support the business teams to achieve their goals through digital space presence, campaigns, user interface, designs, etc

- Lead generation through use of collaterals in marketing campaigns.

- Managing performance and high engagement levels of Agencies

- Track different parameters like source, cost, mode, etc and chalk out the most suitable marketing channel mix for TRU Realty's content

- Optimal and efficient deployment of the allocated/provisioned budget

- Support brand identity and communication for different projects & products

Required Candidate profile :

Qualifications :

- MBA / Masters in Marketing or Design or equivalent

Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment in similar role

- A team player with analytical bent of mind, solution driven approach, high levels of creativity would be an ideal candidate
