Required Experience :
- 3-5 years of experience on conducting business analysis ( Provider /Payer , US Healthcare ) / data analysis for healthcare applications/ solutions and products .
- Hands on experience in developing SDLC documentation as per industry best practices . Experience of working in agile SDLC mode
- Understanding of healthcare standards and compliance requirements like HIPAA, GxP, HITRUST.
- Experience with one or more healthcare domain areas in Payers, provider or medical technologies
Technology experience: Hands on experience working with SQL and ability to work with healthcare data to identify patterns and generate requirements/ data mappings for core business areas
- Open to learning and expand healthcare skills across payers, providers, med tech and LS ecosystem
