JOB DESCRIPTION
DY.GENERAL MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Promote and sell various courses run by T.I.M.E.
- Tie up with educational Institutions for various on campus/off campus course run by T.I.M.E.
- Will be responsible for meeting both revenue as well as course wise targets for various courses assigned from time to time by the company
- Recruitment, training and monitoring of marketing personnel.
- Planning, organizing and implementing various marketing activities and events for brand promotion, database collection and subsequent conversion
- Periodic review of marketing plans/activities to make them effective and result oriented.
- Coordinating with other departments for various promotions through print, audiovisual and outdoor media.
- Do presentations / seminars in educational institutions towards building businesses and selling concepts to the target market.
- Good understanding of academics is a basic pre requisite as it involves concept selling.
- Should be able to develop and maintain excellent relationship with heads of institutions/student community.
- Will be responsible for training and motivating the counselors to achieve results
- Should be a team player and should possess good interpersonal skills.
- Uphold the values of the company in all dealings with various stakeholders and carry out ones duties with integrity and responsibility.
- Carry oneself with the decorum that is appropriate for a senior level person so as to engage and carry out a smooth business relationship with Centre Directors, School Principals, University officials and senior education professionals.
Salary Offered : 6-10 LPA
