Tridiagonal Solutions - Senior Manager - Marketing (3-6 yrs)
Job Description:
- In conjunction with the Marketing Head, develops, maintains, and drives prioritization of all marketing activities
- In consultation with Marketing Head, develops the marketplace strategic plan; manages project plan and oversees execution
- A technical aptitude with the ability to discuss and quickly grasp use cases and create awareness in the market
- Brings innovative thinking and marketing practices to all marketing activities
- Lead other marketing initiatives such as: field marketing, trade shows, collateral development, website copy writing, landing page creation, etc.
- Conceptualize Marketing content / collaterals
- Lead Branding initiatives and implement market awareness strategies to establish a (premium) brand
- Coordinate campaign activities with the market development team to ensure successful execution
- Manages overall marketing calendar, including major campaigns, product/offering launches, major events, and core marketing maintenance activities
- Along with Marketing Services, develops metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity and channel levels to inform future campaign tactics
- Engages directly and visibly in the market, both independently and alongside the Sales Head, Marketing Head and other business leaders
Key Competencies:
- Creation of marketing strategies that will support the overall vision and objectives, build the software brand among the target audience
- Coordinating with Inside Sales team- Email marketing, Calls, Conferences
- Develop a marketing plan for the department and administer its implementation
- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels
- Create a network of strategic partnerships
- Work closely with the team for measuring the marketing program and campaign results, formulating solutions, and adjusting these programs in order to reach objectives promptly.
- Proven record in building brand awareness
- Strong expertise in personalized branding, Digital Marketing
- Ability to lead and drive branding and marketing efforts in order to increase and build on the business/brand s growth
- Ability to understand the solutions and conceive marketing materials
- Understanding of market research and data analysis methods
- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital channels
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities Experience
- Proven ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Graphics tools (desirable) skills required
- Pro-active and self-motivated
- Consistent attention to detail and accuracy

- Marketing campaigns that lead to sales success / lead generation / market penetration
- Successful promotion of new / existing offerings to win new customers
- Achieves growth targets in the assigned geography or account base with account-based marketing
