- Efficiently manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to optimize cash flow.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial assets and mitigate risks.
- Oversee the year-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate accounts finalization.
- Utilize ERP systems for efficient financial data management and reporting.
- Provide management with insights through cost analysis, financial forecasting, and budget variance analysis.
- Implement financial controls and policies to ensure compliance and efficient financial management.
- Manage corporate tax planning, compliance, and optimization strategies.
- Develop comprehensive audit plans, ensuring thorough financial examination.
- Review revenue streams, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
- Conduct detailed financial statement analysis to assess company performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with financial institutions for bank audits and financial arrangements.
