About Tricog:
- Our goal is to scale these programs across India and support state govts and other public health ecosystem stakeholders, to build and implement programs to address cardiovascular diseases to reduce mortality within their facilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop understanding on the landscape of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) in the targeted geographies with respect to disease burden, existing solutions, healthcare providers, gaps and challenges.
- Map healthcare system structures within the target geographies or segments, understand existing budgets, fund flows at a state and national level for the prospective institution and/or partner
- Brainstorm with the internal team on ways to address the existing gaps.
- Support the line manager and the team in cultivating strong working relationships with key opinion leaders, stakeholders, institutional level officials.
- Support the line manager and team in developing briefs, presentation decks and data analysis to lead strategic dialog with the key health officials, cardiologists, technical committee and other key stakeholders on existing gaps and how our solution can help manage Cardiovascular problems in the public health facilities in the state.
- Have a thorough understanding of the National Programme for Prevention and Control of Cancer, Diabetes, Cardiovascular diseases and Stroke (NPCDCS) with respect to state level implementation.
- Create project proposals for state level project implementation
- Support the team in building the program implementation plan post budget allocation by the state.
- Have a thorough understanding of the competition landscape and Identify other channels within the public health segment for a potential collaboration.
- Prior work experience in public health with a strong understanding and interest in the public health system in India.

Required Qualification and Expertise:
- 3-5 years of experience in public health, stakeholder management, secondary research within the corporate/social enterprises/ govt segment
- Strong understanding and experience of working with the public health system and other healthcare providers in India.
- Prior experience of working with the state/ national health department.
- Experience in managing a product/ project lifecycle as per mapped indicators and timelines and escalating as per needs of the project
- Experience in using all MS office applications with ease
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Willingness to travel on prior notice
