About the role : As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Marketing Division of Tricog. This role will entail devising and executing marketing strategies with a focus on Lead Generation, Activations, Brand Management, Communications (Internal and External) and Online Marketing Initiatives. In this role, you will be heading a 3-member content and marketing team. This role reports to VP- Business Strategy and Operations and has top line impact on Company Objectives. Role & Responsibilities - - Develop plans for customer acquisition and customer engagement across digital - SEO, Paid Search, Affiliates, Email/CRM, Online Display, Social. - Responsible for developing strategies and tactics to generate leads for Sales from different offline marketing channels such as Press, Outdoor, Events etc. - Translate brand strategy into plans, brand positioning and go-to market strategies - Analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and hypothesis-led testing of new concepts - Develop best practices and define KPIs for managing marketing success - Proactively identify opportunities and create new marketing partnerships Competencies and Skill required : - 3-5 years of experience in Customer Acquisition - Performance Marketing & Brand Marketing - Passion for storytelling that leads to creating and defining authentic messages for diverse audiences - Understanding of advertising metrics (e.g. CPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV), comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with relevant stakeholders. - Solid understanding of direct-response and performance marketing. Familiarity with performance tracking and measurement - Paid advertising background on Facebook, Linkedin, and Adwords
