DESCRIPTION : We are looking for a seasoned leader with business background, technical depth, and communication skills capable of leading a cross-functional team focused on winning and expanding Tricog's solution in South East Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Combodia, Mynamar, Laos). This leader will bring deep and strong C-level relationships with influencers to help further establish Tricog as a strong brand in South East Asia. Someone who has strong motivation to make a difference and grow with the organization. Individuals who are willing to set a higher bar for themselves and the team, find innovative ways to drive business and most importantly are entrepreneurial. You will lead a team of country managers in South East Asian countries. Role &amp; Responsibilities : - Responsible for managing all operations in South East Asia. This involves taking responsibility for revenues, profit and cash. - Ensure creation of region as well as country strategy followed by strong execution. - Proactively identify new business development opportunities within the market. Build relationships with potential partners in the healthcare space - Continually assess company progress, sales and marketing successes and compile reports. - Drive recruitment, training development, and ongoing professional development of employees of Tricog as well as affiliates. - You will personally build and own CXO relationships at our largest and most strategic customers - You will build GTM capabilities aligned to our key growth areas - You will address - Big Rocks- that have market moving potential. These may include strategic deals or non-linear growth opportunities. - You will build a high performing team at various levels. Basic Qualification : - Bachelor's/PG degree required - Experience in Medical device company is a must - Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and high desire to grow and fast track career over the near future - Preferred experience working at a country level Sales Execution - Experience in world class healthcare companies in solution sales for software, hardware or IT services - Strong history meeting and exceeding quota/ revenue targets - Strong technical and analytical capabilities Commercial/ Relationship Acumen : - Strong executive presence - Very comfortable with C-level and Technical executives with ability - to sell business value- and - sell on technical merits- Team / People Orientation : - Natural sales person - Experience building and leading a team - Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required in English. As a successful Head of Business for South East Asia, you would need to demonstrate strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills. You should be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision and possess the ability to assemble and manage teams. Presentation, analytical and planning skills are also essential. Above-average people management, customer service and leadership skills are crucial.
