Job Description :

Location : HQ, Mumbai

Reporting to : CEO

Purpose : Incumbent will be responsible for : Directing company sales & revenue operations, short-term & long-term planning, successful execution of business strategies for companies products & services.

Main purpose : P/L Management, Team management & lead team of Zonal Heads, Clinic Managers, Cluster Managers, Revenue generation, Strategic Planning, Sales, Footfall, Operations, HR, Finance, & overlook all the functions & teams.

Designation : Tricho Head (Hair & Scalp Business) - PAN India

Travelling is must for this role.

Experience : 15-20 years

Role KRAs and requirement :

The Tricho Head's leadership role also entails being ultimately responsible for entire sales, revenue & operations initiatives and teams alongwith all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the Company's long and short term plans.

The Tricho Head acts as a direct liaison for the management of the Company.

The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows :

1. Responsible for Business deliverables for the clinics vertical across PAN India :

- Business planning & sales strategy development

- Achieving Business objectives of clinics in line with the corporate strategy

- Delivery of Quality Standards and Patient / customer Care

- Accountability for the overall profitability of the business

2. Responsible for Strengthening Business Operations at the Clinics :

- Leading, managing and directing all operational activities of the organisation

- Improving productivity of resources i.e. Inclinics operations staff, IT, HR and other support functions at regional level

- Training & Development of resources for all clinics pan India

- Leading the medical team, clinics support team and City Heads for delivering excellent patient experience, business results

3. Responsible for delivery of Sales Targets pan India :

- Responsible for Operational standardization

- Reporting to Management about Performance of Sales Team/ Operational standards

- Reports, CRM implementation across clinics

- Monitors and drives the sales/ clinic teams to perform better by adhering to price standards.

- Trains and guides the sales/ clinic teams to perform better

- Leadership skills

- Initiatives/ Ideas to increase revenue and or improve services.

- Attendance/ Punctuality/ Conduct of the team

- Ensures smooth operations in the clinics .

- Ensures expenses are in control

4. Sales & Operations management for the Clinic Business :

- Financial Modelling for P&L forecasting, Revenue Tracking and variance analysis, cost controls

- Evaluating & engaging with potential channels for business opportunities. Increasing market penetration

- Product development & evaluation

- Vendor Development & Management of stock and supplies

- Profit Centre Management

- Team Management

- Partnering with healthcare aggregators for revenue generation from international and domestic for skin & hair treatments.

Education :

- We require; MBA from a reputed institution with minimum 15-20 years of Sales & Revenue operations experience of which 5 years in most senior leadership position.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill is must.

Other :

- Experience in a senior most leadership position and having ability to give ideas & implement new aspects.

- Directing company sales & revenue operations, short-term & long-term planning, successful execution of business strategies for companies products & services.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability of work in complex situations

- A strong team player with highest level of maturity to work with cross functional teams.

- Competent in leadership management
