LOOKING FOR

- The role of the AGM/ Senior Manager at Tribeca is to develop unique creative marketing solutions that will support our business growth without compromising the need for flawless development and execution of world-class communications.

- You will need to be fluent in a variety of media, including print, digital, and video/motion graphics and should be highly experienced in both product launch and sustaining activities.

- As Marketing Manager, you will have full ownership of the brand category including full empowerment to drive decisions that will impact growth for the brand via media planning, activations, and breakthrough digital activations.

- This position requires a deep knowledge of the creative development process and you will need to develop and maintain key relationships both globally and locally within the Marketing, Design, Public Relations, Sales, and Sales Operations organisation.

- Working cross-functionally is a key part of this role, you will be working with the sales team, design, CRM, digital, and business development teams to deliver the brand strategy.

WHO YOU ARE

- 6+ years in a B2C marketing role (brand or agency), preferably for luxury brands or real estate with 2 years in a similar role

- A classically trained marketer with solid technical marketing skills

- This role is part strategic, part creative and part execution - you need to be able to demonstrate all three skillsets

- Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively and cross-functionally with strong negotiation skills and a positive attitude

- A natural affinity for an organic, authentic brand such as ours and the sensibility necessary to communicate it

- Excellent communication and brief writing skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Creative problem-solving skills and a solutions focused mindset

- Experience of involvement in multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to generate new customer demand

- Experience of working within a fast-paced business

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to galvanize and break down silos

- Good relationship builder and maintainer with internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and able to work to tight deadlines

- An understanding of the luxury and real estate market and media landscape is an advantage

- An understanding of the digital and content media platforms

- Experience of working in a founder led business (preferable)

Stakeholder Engagement

- Responsible for creating, driving and delivering the content marketing plan for the business as determined by the GM Marketing

- Demonstrate excellent briefing and response skills at all times

- Implement all tactics with a ruthless attention to detail and clear desire for continuous improvement

- Working closely with the GM Marketing to define priorities and assist with specific go-to-market strategies for all Tribeca's initiatives, including brand, campaign and tactical

- Personify excellence in account management skills, ensuring each stakeholder interaction is first class and beyond expectation

- To work with the GM Marketing to fulfil all requirements across copy, imagery, design and video across the business as agreed within the content plan

- Assist the GM Marketing at meetings with business stakeholders to plan and identify requirements ahead of content schedule finalization

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Brand Strategy & Planning

- Create a brand plan and strategy, ensuring all aspects of Tribeca's services are aligned with the ethos and goals of the brand

- Contribute to marketing and communications plans, ensuring tactics reflect the long-term brand strategy and vision

- Ensure all marketing activity adds value, reflects Tribeca's brand positioning and provides a consistent experience for clients

Brand Management

- Key owner and contact for the Tribeca brand identity

- Maintain all brand tools, templates and guidelines ensuring they are successfully adopted across the various business vertices

- Articulate and protect the fundamentals of the Tribeca's brand experience across all channels

- Provide creative solutions to local and regional channel partners to advance Tribeca's brand positioning and improve execution across all brands.

- Working closely with designers, freelancers and agencies to improve consistency and quality of all marketing communications

- Source and manage new brand imagery/photography for various marketing purposes.

- Manage external agencies and ensure marketing budgets are met.

- Support internal and external brand research

- Manage brand tracking and brand reporting, capturing insights and ensuring these are considered in future planning and driving recommendations

- Build a deep understanding of the category in which Tribeca exists, including the competitive, regulatory and customer trend landscape.

Campaign Management

- Contribute to marketing and communications campaign schedule, delivering creative solutions and innovative ideas which reflect the brand positioning and improve execution of visual identity

- Manage central system of campaign planning resources including media information, campaign schedule, assets, execution and analysis

- Responsible for campaign marketing planning across all channels (from integrated brief to campaign plan) to deliver omni channel campaigns and initiatives, ensuring the plans are on brief and insight driven

- Lead cross channel reporting including provision of key learning and insights, including managing the wider team to compile campaign post performance reviews and campaign marketing update decks

Social Media

- Responsible for creating, improving and maintaining brand-led content across all the different brands' websites, customer emails, and all social platforms as intended within the content plan

- Work with creative team to ensure brand marketing requirements are met during studio and location shoots

- Conduct influencer marketing campaigns to boost marketing campaigns and activities

- Manage Social Media Manager to ensure all activity is consumer and brand centric, best practice is adhered to and we offer a seamless consumer journey across all channels

- Investigate adhoc media opportunities (VR, AR) to bring to life the campaign
