Overview of the Vice President Role:

- A multi-faceted role requiring the individual to provide leadership, direction, and integration of the department to fulfil organizational targets

- Reporting to the senior management (SVP, Director and Managing Directors)

- Amongst the top 5% of the senior professionals at TresVista

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Managerial:

Responsible for efficient functioning of the entire team. This includes:

- Devising new strategies for hiring and training of the PSS service team

- Working with internal teams to determine staffing requirements, and budgets and forecasts of the team

- Improving the service quality by establishing new processes, steps, checks and balances

- Working as an entrepreneur and taking ownership of the service line, expanding the services when possible

- Creating and updating marketing materials

- Working with other internal departments to help budget their PSS FTEs

- Building an in-depth operational model for the service

- Being the PSS service point of contact for all other internal TresVista departments

- Guiding and mentoring AVPs into their role and bringing them up to the speed

- Providing on the job and other soft skill training to the AVP

- Managing entire team's bandwidth

- Conducting trainings for new hire AVPs, Associates, and Analysts

- Pre-emptive in analysing internal processes and workflow to foresee potential issues and providing solutions

- Product and Stakeholder Management:

- Communicating new service developments to prospective clients

- Identifying the appropriate work product per clients' requirements

- Informing and creating awareness about the new offerings on products and services to the clients

- Developing and maintaining a network of contacts within and outside the company

- Running competitor analysis and understanding their work-type

- Retaining and expanding existing client relationships by increasing integration

Prerequisites:

- Prior experience in leading large teams

- Strong grasp of various aspects of pre-sales and analytical ability

- Commitment and ownership

- Strong eye for detail and ability to multi-task

- Ability to meet client-driven deadlines (demanding hours requiring time management skills)

- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)

Experience:

- An MBA with experience between 10 - 20 years, or

- 12+years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree in any field

Education - Any Graduate/ MBA preferred
