Overview :
The Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition, will be responsible for supporting a comprehensive human resources program and in charge of planning and developing a strong Talent Acquisition strategy for the company.
Roles and Responsibilities :
The role will be centered on embracing the business expansion plans and strengthening the constantly growing TresVista network year on year, month on month. He/She will be responsible for end-to-end strategy, execution, and delivery of global staffing requirements as per the business plans. We will be looking at someone who can partner with the stakeholders and hiring managers to come up with Staffing business strategies and infrastructure that will be the framework for achieving an annual hiring plan. He/She will be responsible for team management and driving the TA team initiatives
Stakeholder Management :
- Collaborating and consulting with the hiring managers to understand growth goals, develop a recruiting strategy and prioritize the business needs well within stipulated timelines
- Drive process compliance by proactively identifying risks and mitigating them
- Managing escalations keeping business interest first
Team Management :
- Training, mentoring, and motivating a team of Associates and Managers
- Communicating with the team in order to streamline processes, solve problems and identify areas of improvement
- Working closely with the team and guide them on day-to-day project management and delivery
- Providing timely and continuous feedback for performance improvement
- Retaining and recognizing talent in the team while promoting positive work environment
Campus Branding :
- Overlooking and supervising end to end campus recruitment process as per TA calendar
- Designing and implementing recruitment strategies such as event, career fairs and social media campaigns
- Strengthening campus engagement & employer branding initiatives at premier institutes
- Partner with the Marketing team on the outreach strategies, hiring campaigns and employer positioning on social media keeping brand guidelines in check
Data Analysis and Management Reporting :
- Generating periodic reports and dashboards to analyze trends for management's review
- Lead data related automation initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity
- Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices and compliance
