Key Responsibilities :
- The Associate, Ops and Analytics, responsible for supporting a comprehensive human resource program and performing related duties in line with the overall objectives of the department and the organization.
- The role will be centered on managing the end-to-end employee life cycle responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations.
1) Team Management :
- Training, mentoring, and motivating a team of Analyst
- Communicating with the team in order to streamline processes, solve problems and identify areas of improvement
- Working closely with the team and guide them on day-to-day project management and delivery
2) Stakeholder Management :
- Working closely with the departments to facilitate the business needs
- Acting as the first line of contact in Human Resources for all operational queries
- Managing stakeholders requests
3) HR Process :
- Managing the entire on boarding and pre boarding process and creating a smooth employee experience
- Managing the employee life cycle on the system including movements and exits
- Maintaining and updating all the employee records
- Managing the ERP for HR end to end
4) Reporting :
- Generating monthly reports for management and stakeholders
- Leading data related automation initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity
- Handling responsibility for firm wide reporting such as list of employees, attrition, reports, etc.

Experience :
- Graduate in any discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience
- MBA in HR with 2+ years of any experience
Qualification : Graduate/ MBA in HR preferred
Compensation : Commensurate with industry standards
