About Marketing and Corporate Communications (MCC):
Central to the TresVista ecosystem, the MCC works with stakeholders across the internal and external spectrum in building the cumulative TresVista brand experience. Strategizing concepts, developing collaterals across mediums, and coordinating across departmental specializations, makes the MCC a 360 role for holistic professional and personal growth.
The Associate Opportunity:
An intensive growth-oriented role, the MCC Associate is a managerial position. As part of a learning team, the individual will be building the TresVista brand across mediums and stakeholders. The Digital Associate will lead brand extension efforts for the website, social media, ORM, and multi-screen efforts. As the digital initiatives custodian across stakeholders, the Associate will maintain mandates & processes across MCC verticals.
Roles and Responsibilities
Conceptualizing and measuring effectiveness for marketing strategies towards internal and external efforts
Managing offline and digital presence for effective brand concepts implementation
Working closely with strategy teams, identifying inflection points, develop internal campaigns
Stakeholder coordination for uniform messaging
Building budget plans, measuring impact vs. RoI on real-world actions
Website Management
Scaling the TresVista website as a dynamic and industry referral piece, implement best-in-class practices
Defining & developing the internal website processes towards content management and ownership matrices
Building & tracking SEO & Google Analytics metrics towards reports and next steps
Social Media & ORM
Own all social media platforms and drive for content placements across formats
Driving content variety, formats, styles, and repurposing as per platform
Working closely with agency partners in building & maintaining ORM scores
Working with HR teams for engagement strategy with potential & existing employees
Prerequisites
Entrepreneurial & an aptitude to learn every day, analytical with an eye for detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage high-performing teams, project management
Experience
5-6 years in a leading digital media agency or FinServ category. Experience with auto brands would be a plus.
Education Any Graduate. Any Postgraduate.
