Responsibilities Assumed:
Technical Understanding
- Efficient management and analysis of large amount of data and information to be used for effective and strategic decision making
- Streamlining processes, driving optimization and process improvement using business analysis tools and techniques to deliver data-driven solutions
- Company and contact profiling, detailed lists, presentations, marketing materials, newsletters, summary report and analysis
- Ability to consult on CRM implementation, data management, enrichment, and maintenance
- Performing detailed quality checks to ensure 100% quality and compliance with guidelines and operating policies
- Working with senior people in the company and the clients directly to undertake key projects related to data management, analysis, and reporting
Project Management:
- Defining the scope of engagements, managing timelines, and ensuring timely delivery
- Ensuring efficient and effective execution of all key aspects of client deliverables
- Providing quality oversight on projects and document timely and continuous feedback for performance improvement
Managing Client Relationships:
- Retaining and expanding existing client relationships by increasing integration
Team Management and Leadership:
- Working closely with new Associates and guiding them on day-to-day project management and delivery
- Mentoring, training, and developing the Associates and Analysts
- Managing team issues effectively
- Contributing to the overall operational strategy for Data Quality function and responsible for the implementation of the strategy within the team
- Providing timely and continuous feedback for performance improvement
Prerequisites:
- Preferred experience on data handling and management and various CRM platforms such as DealCloud, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.
- Prior experience in the market research and analysis preferably in finance/investment domain
- Analytical ability
- Commitment and ownership
- Strong eye for detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to meet client-driven deadlines (demanding hours requiring time management skills)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)
Experience
- An MBA (preferably in Finance) with a minimum of 7-10 years of work experience,
- Or 10+years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree in any field
Education
Graduate/MBA preferred
Compensation
The compensation structure will be as per industry standard
