Job Responsibilities:  - Assist in acquiring licenses and compliance under various acts/rules applicable to the business.  - Verification of title deeds in respect of properties.  - Co-ordinate with developers, landlord etc. in property matters  - Prepare documents relating to acquisition of premises on lease/license/business arrangement basis.  - Prepare documentation for acquiring land  - Prepare Concessionaire agreements  - Preparation of third party agreements such as Service Contract Agreements, Transportation Agreements, Consignment Agreements, Concessionaire Agreements, Display Placement Agreements, Consultancy Agreements etc.  - Prepare agreements with suppliers, own label product manufacturers, product liability and related work  - To do Marketing Agreements including Promotion Agreements.  - Assist in New Concept/Business Arrangements.  - To do documentation regarding import of products  - Trademarks applications and related work  - Handling litigations - Courts, Arbitration.   - Handling issues relating to Standards of Weights and Measures, PFA.   - Replying to notices, consumer complaints.  Knowledge and Skills Required:  - Knowledge of property documentation  - Knowledge of trading laws  - Understanding and knowledge of legal documents  - Good communication skills
