Our Vision:

Social Commerce is the future for Trell; Social commerce will contribute more than 12% to E-Commerce in India, we are the market leaders in the space with more than 30 million active users. Indian marketplace is expected to grow at 30% CAGR to be worth a $200 billion dollar industry by 2026. We aim to be India's second largest player in the Beauty & Personal Care Category. The E-Commerce team is driven to help brands succeed through online commerce by building through the amazing teams. We are aggressively investing these funds primarily in bringing in world class talent, especially in the areas of E-Commerce in Trell. About the role :

- Manage end-to-end responsibilities: Should be able to lead the zone to ensure the achievement of sales targets.

- Meet the Topline Objectives set for the zone

- Responsible for business development for the region, acquiring and retaining buyers.

- Ensure that all the subordinates are at the right level of competence.

- Manage the team to deliver the overall business goal.

- Hiring people to build teams of exceptional caliber in that region. Train, mentor, appraise and counsel the team.

- Develop and maintain relations with key customers.

- Interaction with Cross Functional teams, where necessary to ensure smooth operations.

- Handling a team that consists of around 6-7 leads and 60+ BDE's.

- Responsible for day-to-day management, setting objectives, mentor and developing employees, performance appraisal, determination of reward outcomes.

Desired candidate profile :

- 3 to 5+ years of experience as a sales /business manager in lifestyle/clothing category

- Experience of building and managing teams(50+ reportees at least)

- Strong flexibility and problem-solving skills, with independent ownership and result orientation

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to plan and manage a variety of projects
