Trell - Data Analyst - Supply Chain

About the Role:-

- You will support the planning for supply chain design which includes strategic planning, SOPs, short term actionable. In this role you will closely work with team leads from supply chain function and set up metrics, processes and SOP which has impact on cost and customer experience. Thorough understanding of E-Commerce supply chain & distribution process is a must have experience.

- An ideal candidate will be someone who has managed large scale supply chain eco-systems which involves fulfillment centers, logistics, large seller/Brand ecosystem in marketplace environment. Time is of essence, and someone who knows how to break down a problem so that you can deliver results in short term and you also position us for success from long term & strategic point of view.

- A strong analytical skill, ability to structure & articulate problem statement, hands on with advance Excel and other analytical tool is a must have criteria for the role.

Key Accountabilities:-

- Run cost projects in area of logistics, Fulfillment, first mile operations, product packaging and other related areas within supply chain

- Support functions within supply chain team with regard to data & actionable insights

- Build processes and automation to make predictive supply chain, empower operation leaders with 'preventive insights' to move away from 'reacting to a problem' to 'rooting out the problem'

- Closely work with technology team for all supply chain related technology related development.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications & Experience:-

- Strong analytical ability, Proficient in advanced MS Excel, able to build analytical models

- Hands on experience in VBA, R-coding is desirable

- Ability to understand business problems and convert that into data analytic problem

- Prior experience (2+ Years) of working with E-Commerce start-ups or Omni-Channel businesses is must have
