Trell - Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Independently performing analysis using Excel, SQL, Python

- Engage directly with our internal customers to find, prioritize, improve and assimilate better business processes.

- Analyse metrics, key indicators and other available data sources to discover root causes of process defects.

- Data analysis and solution building based on insights capture from data

- Responsible for giving insights to management and help in strategic planning

- Scope, document and submit requirements for systems changes, backed up by business case and impact analysis.

- Analyze and model data, processes and business rules.

- Continuously track the realized business value and ongoing customer satisfaction from delivered solutions, be it self-service, automation or customers contacting

Requirements :

- 2+ years of experience in an analytical role

- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL and Python

- Excellent communication skills

- Fluent knowledge of basic statistics and probability
